  • We accept card payments and Paypal. Please, contact us though the message form below if you wish to pay with cryptocurrency.

  • The difference between 'In stock' and 'Made to order' products is as follows:

    'Made to order' products are concept or sold-out items. Veronika will create them in her Helsinki studio specifically for you after you place the order. Although they will look similar to the preview, they won't be identical due to their one-of-a-kind production. When you place the order on the product page, the artist will work on a similar style, color, and size painting as shown in the preview, following the highest Finnish standards. These items are usually ready and sent within 3-21 days.

    'In stock' items are exactly what you see on the product page. They are ready to be shipped from the artist's studio within 3 days. You can cancel the order within 24 hours after the purchase without stating reasons. Any art can be returned within 7 days after receiving the package.

  • To order on vegesent.com, you'll need to have:

    2. Credit/debit card or PayPal account linked to your bank account

    To place an order through the online shop, just follow these steps:

    Once you have browsed and decided on the item(s) you wish to purchase, place them in the shopping bag by selecting the correct size and clicking on "Add to cart." Click the shopping cart at the bottom right of your screen to continue your purchase.

    In your cart, you will find an overview of all the items you have added. If you're happy with your selection, click on "checkout" to proceed to payment and complete your order. Bear in mind that only after completing your order, the items are effectively reserved for you.

    In checkout, select a delivery address and your preferred payment method. You can also add notes to your order. On the next step, you will be given the chance to check your order details and add any vouchers before confirming. If you are paying by PayPal, you will now be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the process.

    Once your order has been completed, you will see the confirmation on the screen, and you will receive a confirmation email with your order number shortly after.

    To place you order through direct contact with an artist:

    Send the message through any email form on vegesent.com (e.g. HERE) to receive a personalized offer via email.

    We will notify you by email as soon as your delivery leaves artist’s ’s studio. This email will provide you with your tracking number and estimated delivery time.

  • Once your order is placed, the delivery option, delivery address, payment method, and product sizes can be changed through direct contact with the artist.

    Use any email form on vegesent.com (e.g. HERE ) to send the message within 24 hours to make changes to your order after it has been finalized.

  • If you've made a mistake or changed your mind after placing an order, there's no need to fuss. You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order without stating reasons.

    To cancel your order, simply send a personal message to the artist using any email form on vegesent.com (e.g. HERE )

    All payments, including standard freight charges, will be fully refunded within 14 days.

    After 24 hours from the purchase, the "cancel order" option is no longer available, indicating that your order has been processed by the artist, and it's unfortunately too late to cancel it. In such cases, you will receive a clarification email if you attempt to cancel the order.

  • Your receipt is sent in the notification email after your order is shipped.

  • Our business is registered for VAT, and as per regulations, a VAT will be charged on all taxable sales inside European Union. VAT will be added separately during checkout.

  • All products sold on our website are genuine, one-of-a-kind creations made by Finnish artist Veronika Vegesent.

    Every order includes a certificate of authenticity and a unique number that can be verified through direct contact with the artist.

    We only work with art material suppliers who provide the highest quality of materials. We do not sell fake, counterfeit, or replica goods.

DELIVERY

  • We ship fast and safely thanks to environmentally conscious Posti mail services (towards zero emissions by 2030). Posti is one of the leading delivery and fulfillment companies in Finland, Sweden and Baltics.

  • We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order during checkout and in your order confirmation email.

    Delivery time:

    Orders are fulfilled from the artist's studio in Helsinki within 3 business days.

    Below are the estimated delivery times from the time the parcel is shipped from Helsinki:

    Deliveries to the Nordic countries take approximately 3-5 days.

    Deliveries elsewhere in Europe take approximately 2-7 days.

    Deliveries elsewhere in the world take approximately 7-14 working days.

    Please note that formalities in the customs of the destination country may affect the delivery times.

  • We’re sorry to hear, and hope that the items you ordered arrived intact and complete.

    In case the delivery appears damaged, we ask you to receive it and check the content. If the damage only affects your parcel and you would like to return something from that order, you can use any packing material for the return.

  • We're sorry to hear that. We provide tracking numbers for all shipments to ensure you have the best experience. However, if the package is lost, please contact us using the form below. While the shipping process is beyond our direct control, we will get in touch with the delivery company to seek clarification.

  • We're very sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective.

    If the contents of your parcel are damaged, please take photos and report the damage to the delivery company here - https://www.posti.fi/en/customer-support/receiving/damaged-shipment.

    After reporting the damage, please make a claim for the item by sending the message HERE.

    If the product you ordered is damaged, you can choose to receive a 50% compensation or a replacement of your painting.

  • Delivery:

    Currently we do not charge separately for delivery.

    Return:

    Unfortunately, the postage and any other expenses related to returning, such as secure packaging, must be covered by you, the customer. If a package is not picked up, we reserve the right to deduct the costs incurred by us from the purchase price before reimbursement.

  • We deliver worldwide.

  • Delivery:

    The standard delivery fee worldwide is 25€.

    Return:

    Unfortunately, the postage and any other expenses related to returning, such as secure packaging, must be covered by you, the customer. If a package is not picked up, we reserve the right to deduct the costs incurred by us from the purchase price before reimbursement.

  • The art can be returned within 7 days of receiving the package. Unfortunately, buyer is responsible for covering the postage and any other expenses related to the return, including secure packaging. If a package is not picked up, the costs of return will be deducted from the purchase price before reimbursement.

    After notifying us, you must send or deliver the goods to the address you will receive via email without unnecessary delay, and at the latest within 5 days after notifying us of your return.

    When returning the art, please ensure you wrap the goods securely as you hold the risk of the goods until delivery. If we cannot resell it or sell it at the full price again, we will not reimburse your purchase. You are responsible for the safe arrival of the package at the artist's studio. For added security, we recommend using a tracking number to monitor the shipment.

    In the event of delivery issues, we kindly ask you to save the documentation proving the return of the products.

  • Return:

    We will refund the full purchase price (excluding delivery and return expenses) no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the returned goods.

    For your convenience, we recommend using a tracking number when returning the item, as this allows you to follow the return and ensures that the artist acknowledges its receipt. In case you choose not to use a tracking number, you can always contact us through the contact form to inquire about the status of your return.

    After you have dropped off your item or arranged for its collection, you should receive a receipt. Please wait for the full 14 days after the tracking link confirms the return parcel as delivered, and remember to retain your proof of return until you receive your refund.

    When shipping your return, please ensure to wrap the package securely. In the unfortunate event that the artist receives a damaged return, and we are unable to resell the artwork at its full price, we regrettably cannot reimburse your purchase.

    Cancellation:

    You can cancel your order without stating reasons 24-hours after a payment. We will refund all payments from you, including any standard freight charges in 14 days.

    Damaged product:

    If the product you ordered is damaged during transportation you can get a 50% compensation or a replacement of your painting without unnecessary delay.

  • We're sorry to hear that you did not pick up your order! In that case delivery company sends it back as a return in your expense. You can expect refund after we pay delivery company invoices.

  • Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges – only refunds. If you'd like an item in a different size or colour for example, simply return your original order in 7 days for a full refund and place a new order with the different items.

  • We’re sorry if we sent you something you didn't order.

    Please, first contact us through contact form below. When we confirm the shipment of wrong product, we will pay for your return and new delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
