SPEAKER - VERONIKA VEGESENT

Vetonika's life has been a journey filled with visual arts, starting from 8-year art education to earning a degree in graphic design. Throughout these diverse experiences in various creative roles, she has come across underlying issues within the art industry that often go unnoticed: the prevalent use of harmful materials, exploitative practices, cruelty, and harm to the environment. Her current artistic practice is driven by the desire to make a real impact with the values that hold deep significance to her. In 2023 she published educational book “Mindful and responsible art selection.“ about ecological principles in the art.
